There is a line in the Gospel of Matthew that says, “When two or more are gathered in my name, there I shall be.” This has often been interpreted as reassurance—the idea that you are not alone. But there is a deeper truth embedded within it.
It is not describing presence as much as it is revealing structure. Most human interactions exist within duality; self and other, speaker and listener, observer and observed. Even in connection, there is separation.
But there are moments—subtle, yet undeniable—when something begins to shift. The interaction is no longer happening between two people. It moves through them. This is what is called Relational Coherence.
When distortion quiets, when defensiveness dissolves, and when identity is no longer being protected, the space between individuals becomes stable, open, available, and receptive.
And from that receptivity, something wonderful emerges. Not a person, not a belief, but a field of shared awareness that was always present, but previously obscured.
This is the deeper meaning behind, “There I shall be.” Not as something entering from the outside, but as something revealed when resistance is no longer structuring the interaction.
This is the movement beyond duality into what is called triality. Self, other, and what arises through the interaction. Many describe this as accessing higher realms of consciousness. But nothing new is being reached. There is no elsewhere. There is only the softening of what distorts perception.
The portal is not something you open. It is something that becomes visible when you stop interfering with what already is. This is where TEAM becomes more than just an internal process.
Truth stabilizes the individual. Embodiment grounds awareness in the body. Awareness allows perception without distortion. And from this foundation, something essential unfolds...mutuality. Not agreement, but coherence. Not sameness, but alignment within the field of awareness itself.
TEAM is not only the path of self-realization. It is the foundation of relational coherence. And when two or more meet from that place…there is no longer just connection. There is presence, revealed.
You do not find the portal. You become the spaciousness in which the portal appears effortlessly. Join the movement. Join the TEAM.
