Coherence is the field of freedom in which loving allowance and acceptance for all things—including yourself—exists. Your human heart is already tuned to this Divine frequency. What has prevented it from being fully felt has not been a flaw within you, but the ego’s sincere attempt to protect you. It learned that by maintaining separation, safety could be preserved. While this strategy served a purpose in earlier stages of human development, your consciousness has evolved. The same mechanism now restricts rather than supports your growth and expansion.
This time upon the Earth is different however. Humanity is no longer evolving in isolated pockets, but collectively moving from a predominantly mind-based orientation into a more heart-centered way of being. What was once only possible between lifetimes is now unfolding within a single incarnational cycle. This shift is not forced; it is organic. It arises, without exception, through the growing recognition of inherent value and worth in all beings.
The rejection of freedom can only occur when the perfection of what is gets denied. As you begin to love what you have created—without needing to revise or escape it—you release resistance to seeing the greater you co-creating your physical experience alongside you. In this recognition, separation softens, and participation replaces control. The transition into heart-centered awareness allows this realization to occur seamlessly, not as an effort, but as a remembering.
You have always been free; you have simply not recognized it. The desire to expand and grow is an innate construct encoded within your very DNA. Until now, the conditions were not aligned for that awakening to be fully embodied. You are infinite beings gifted with hope, just as you are gifted with love. There is no ending that does not also contain a beginning. Expansion is a continuous movement of renewal—always guiding consciousness away from separation toward unity.
Consciousness is self-perpetuating. Your evolution is therefore guaranteed. You will never lose sight of your creations, nor the relationships you have nurtured across time upon the Earth plane, for love that is felt and lived is eternal. There is truly nothing standing in the way of your joyful expression of life. While moments along the physical journey may have felt anything but joyful, each has served the purposeful expansion of awareness.
You are God walking in human form. The more you can allow life to move through you with grace, ease, and love, the easier it becomes to naturally dissolve resistance, thereby restoring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
