Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life....

"The Divine is not separate from you. It is life moving through you in every moment and with every breath. When you allow life to move through you exactly as it is with grace, ease, and love, you release resistance and restore balance and harmony to the body. You are adored by Source just the way you are. All is well, and all is well on its way to you."

Hello Darkness My Old Friend

This channeled wisdom is from Vol. 9 of the e-book series, The Aligned Mind, Oracle of Divine Wisdom. Enjoy...

Many human beings carry an empathetic desire to fix whatever appears out of balance in others. This impulse often arises not from clarity, but from an inability to remain present with their own emotional field. What cannot yet be moved through internally is unconsciously managed externally. So they attempt to fix in others what feels unworkable in themselves. But you do not need to fix yourself or anyone else. You need only to welcome the darkness into the room.

What is often called darkness is neither pathology, nor something to be transcended. It is simply sensation that has yet to be allowed full residence in the body. Darkness is unintegrated experience seeking permission to complete its movement. When you welcome it into the room—within yourself or within another—you are not endorsing suffering. You are withdrawing resistance. Resistance is what creates density. Allowance is what restores movement.

Being okay with what is whether in your own personal field or in the field of those around you, is a movement towards mastery. It is the quiet confidence that nothing requires immediate correction for one to be safe, loved, or complete.

Much of what is labeled compassion is in fact an unregulated nervous system mistaking responsibility for love. The body learned long ago that safety required vigilance, attunement, and preemptive care-taking. True compassion however, is calm and non-discerning. It does not rush to soothe, solve, or stabilize. It simply remains present without abandoning itself.

If you feel pulled to respond to the lower vibration of another, do so from the heart’s directive—which is always loving allowance, never obligation. This response feels clean and grounded rather than weighted and discordant. It does not seek to manage the room. It trusts the intelligence of the field of which the room is a part.

Presence does more to stabilize an environment than any intervention ever could. When one person releases the need to fix the moment, the moment reorganizes itself. Presence is contagious. Coherence requires no performance. The room will regulate itself with or without your intervention.

You do not have to be responsible for everyone's comfort in order to be welcome. Nor do you need to withdraw to remain sovereign. Allowance does not require permeability, and sovereignty does not require disconnection. You can remain open without disappearing. Your presence is already enough.

You are learning how to adjust your nervous system to be in the world and not of it—to stand inside experience without being consumed by it. This is coherence and it takes practice, not because it is something that is external to you, but because it is an innate part of you that is yet to be remembered fully. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
