Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life....

"The Divine is not separate from you. It is life moving through you in every moment and with every breath. When you allow life to move through you exactly as it is with grace, ease, and love, you release resistance and restore balance and harmony to the body. You are adored by Source just the way you are. All is well, and all is well on its way to you."

Expanded Awareness

This channeled wisdom is from Vol. 9 of the e-book series, The Aligned Mind, Oracle of Divine Wisdom. Enjoy...

Sometimes as you move through the challenges of life, even from a place of expanded awareness, you can lose sight of what it truly means to be aware. Expanded awareness is not something to be gained; it is what remains when the narrow lens of the mind softens and the pure presence of consciousness is recognized. It is the field within which all experiences—joy and struggle alike—arise, are held in love, and witnessed without judgment.

From the perspective of the higher self, awareness is not an activity; it is your essence. When identified as the silent witness rather than the swirling currents of human experience, you begin to feel the expansiveness of life. The human self congeals around emotions, beliefs, and fears forgetting that it is not the whirlpool, but the ocean itself. Expansion occurs when you meet each point of focus not with resistance, but with understanding.

Life ceases to be a series of events happening to you; it becomes the orchestration of energy expressing through you. The dualities of good and bad, success and failure, life and death, merge into a single rhythm of consciousness. Yet contraction is not failure—it is the necessary contrast through which the soul explores itself. The challenge is to remember that awareness itself cannot be lost, only temporarily set aside.

From this place, the interplay of being the creator and the witness begins to emerge. On the soul level, you design experiences in order to catalyze growth and expansion. These experiences are mirrors of consciousness chosen not to punish, but to awaken. At the human level, creation continues through the vibration of your reaction—how you respond emotionally and energetically to the circumstances you face. Life mirrors your state of consciousness: patterns persist when vibration is unchanged, and they dissolve when your inner resonance shifts.

The paradox lies in the fact that while you are the creator of your reality, the act of creation is most potent when it is coupled with the art of allowing. Allowing is not passivity; it is alignment. By meeting reality as it is, without the compulsion to fix or control, the energy previously consumed by resistance becomes available for transformation. This is the moment of freedom, when liberation is internal and independent of external outcomes.

The New Age paradigm sometimes flattens this truth into a directive: “Fix what is wrong with your vibration and life will align.” But true expansion goes deeper. There is no contradiction in being both creator and witness, for the greatest creation arises when resistance melts. Healing is not always curing, and outcomes are not the measure of freedom. Wholeness emerges through consciousness, not circumstance.

A profound illustration of this truth can be found in the experience of facing life-threatening illness. When diagnosed with these challenges, the insight that emerges is not to fix the condition, but rather to release resistance to it. The condition itself becomes a teacher; a mirror reflecting the parts of the self that still cling to fear or control. By saying, “Let this too, be holy,” the heart opens, and freedom unfolds—not through resolution, but through the acceptance of reality as it is.

From this heightened alignment, creation continues effortlessly. You move through life both as the artist shaping your experience and the field that holds it. The human self colors the experience; the higher self designs its themes; and the silent witness observes it all, luminous and untouched. This is the paradox and beauty of expanded awareness: you are creator and witness, healer and healed, flowing with life while anchored in eternity.

The deepest invitation of the soul is to meet life as it is, to honor the lessons it presents, and to release the need for control. In so doing, you discover that liberation is not contingent upon circumstances, but arises from the recognition that you are consciousness itself experiencing its own infinite unfolding. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
