The surest sign that you are loving yourself fully and completely is when you would not change anything about your past. Having regrets of any kind, no matter how small they may be, are an indication that there is still inner work to be done. This is key to your growth and expansion in physical form, for physical reality is a crucible of distorted thought. Anything you perceive in your outer world that triggers an emotional response within you is an area within you that needs love, acceptance, and compassion. The reflection in the mirror only changes when you change your perspective about yourself. The outer world is merely an indicator of the inner work that needs to be done on your own consciousness. Inner work simply means tapping into the feminine energies of intuition that are all heart-centered. It is not that some emotions are good and some emotions are bad, but rather that all emotions within the human spectrum of experience are equal and valid expressions of Divine Consciousness that are necessary tools for awakening to the unconditional love of God within. You must come to accept that emotions are part of the physical experience of life and that your connection to each other is really a connection with the higher aspects of self. Trusting the flow of physical reality by relinquishing the delusion of control is the path of awakening to the higher self which lowers resistance to what is occurring around you. Surrendering to what is releases long-standing beliefs of separation held deep within the human psyche. Living through the heart as opposed to the mind will assist you in accepting all aspects of self disguised as other. Darkness is resistance to accepting all things as worthy of Divine Love. To deny any aspect of your human journey is to deny the God within. There can never be true healing until you include your humanness in the process. When you respect the self in its entirety you respect all those beings you have created to share your world with. You are living in a house of mirrors where everyone you see is a reflection of you. It does no good tearing another down because that other is you. Where you are is perfect, where you were is perfect, and where you will be is perfect as well. The way forward is always through the doorway of acceptance. You are awakening to a greater perspective that allows all beings to exist independent of you, meaning that what others do has no effect on you unless you pay attention to it. Your 24th pair of multidimensional chromosomes is being activated which through an altered perspective will allow you to experience more joy in your life and less suffering. The physical manifestation of growth and expansion is always joy. Managing opinions is tedious and time consuming because it offers resistance to the flow of life. Complete acceptance of where you are, including going against the flow makes room for immersing yourself in the sensual experiences of physical reality. There is nothing serious going on here, so have more fun, live in joy, and be guided by the inspirations of your higher self. There is no way you can know what lies ahead for you. Just trust that everything is working out for you just the way it is meant to be. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
