In this New Year, start to see yourself as a soul using a body instead of a body using a soul to experience alignment in physical form with the source of your being. You can either be in or out of alignment with body, mind, and spirit. Alignment with the creative source of who you are is effortless because it exists without judgment. Misalignment takes work because it goes against your true nature as a soul. You are not always focused in this reality, especially when you are asleep. Grounding yourself in your physical reality means consciously aligning with your higher nature which is always unconditionally loving, accepting, and allowing of everything you are doing and being in every moment of your life. Let go of judgment at every level of your existence in physical reality, for it is not serving your alignment with Source. The higher dimensional planes exist all around you and are available to you through various states of elevated consciousness including meditation. But it is also available through simple states of joy that involve doing what you love to do. You raise your vibration not to get something, but to simply be at peace. And that peaceful state of beingness is your alignment with Source Consciousness. Each and every moment of physical reality offers you the potential to experience a mixture of both shadow and light. Your attention upon the shadows will produce more fear, whereas your attention upon the light will produce more peace which allows you to accept the shadows more easily. Your identification as a soul as opposed to a body will help you release the judgment that the shadows of life conjure within your human mind. You are learning to break free from the programming and the conditioning of your past by grounding yourself in your higher nature and the higher vibrations it awakens within you. You can allow yourself to feel human emotions without being consumed by them through your detachment from your physical body, for you are far more than the reality you are temporarily focused in. Emotions are simply your mind's reaction to your physical environment. When you identify solely as your humanness, it is easier to connect with your emotions on a physical level. But when you identify as your soul, you are more likely to look at your environment with love and compassion for what it truly represents; an opportunity to express your higher nature in all situations and circumstances of your life. You are here to disrupt old patterns of behavior that have kept you feeling small and powerless. As a soul using a physical body you represent unlimitedness in action. You are only contained by the boundaries your human mind has placed upon your experience. Your alignment with Source opens your heart to giving love and compassion to everything you observe. Your unlimitedness is your abundance of love in physical reality. You need not hand out money to everyone you meet to feel abundant; you need only give the love that you inherently are as a piece of God to all things unconditionally to be abundance in action. Lack has no place in an open heart. True freedom is the giving of love to everything in your reality without needing anything in return. And this can only happen when you connect deeply with the love that already exists within you as a soul. The confusion of human existence stems from the human mind, not from the eternal soul. Love knows no bounds because it originates from outside the world of form and is mediated through the soul into the physical body. By its very nature, love expands outwardly yet brings all things together in balance and harmony; it never constricts, restricts, separates, marginalizes, minimizes, or segregates in any way. Alignment with the source of your being is expansive and inclusive as well. Deservability has more to do with how you feel about yourself than it does about what you can get. The mind wants what it thinks it deserves, while the soul knows that desirability and deservability are merely extensions of its innate unlimitedness irrespective of any human wants or needs. Your uniqueness flavors all of your experiences making them completely your own works of art. Nothing is ever wrong anywhere within creation, including your own life. It all serves a purpose in the overall expansion of the One Consciousness. The conditions in your life will set you free when you can accept them just as they are without imposing restrictions or expectations upon them. They are meant to produce a unique set of experiences seasoned to perfection according to your soul's pre-birth intentions. Never shy away from experiencing fully and completely the truth your soul has chosen for you to explore in this lifetime. Your outer reality is never the focus of transformation; you are. How you view your world is what is meant to transform. Your loving allowance and acceptance for all that you perceive right here and right now is what will draw to you a new Earth that reflects your inner transformation. The path to the new is always through where you currently reside in each now moment. You are in a physical body to express as your higher nature. The doorway to the new Earth will only be visible to you when you can love all that is in and around you, and see everyone as God just as they are. Spirit does not rely on time, for every holy instant offers you the opportunity to break free from the limitations of the human mind. Your life is a constant revelation uncovering more and more of your true unconditionally loving and accepting nature. Those things seemingly unresolvable up until now in your midst are positioned for great change because you are changing your perspective about them. Everything is you. Embrace it all with your heart. If in the deepest of your human experience you are in judgment of God's creation through you, then you are steeped in the mind’s need to control its surroundings. Your soul essence is always aware of its human creations and sees them without judgment. The more you can live in the soul's wisdom of life, the more happiness you will experience in physical form. Suffering only comes from the mind, not from the heart which is an extension of the infinite and eternal soul. The boundaries of right and wrong are constantly shifting when viewed from the perspective of the mind. But as you start to integrate more of your soul essence into your human experience, then you will judge less of yourself and accept more of your outer environment. In the higher realms of existence there is only loving allowance for all experiences to be equal and valid expressions of Divine Consciousness. The purpose of all life is creation. All forms of life are shaped by their experiences which are in turn based upon their level of conscious awareness. Thus, all experiences are always perfect reflections of the ever-expanding Mind of God. In physical reality all sentient beings have the freedom to create as they choose because they are each an extension of that Divine Consciousness. You have the choice in every moment of your life to align with either your higher or your lower nature. Neither is right nor wrong, for all choices are perfect experiences according to each soul's pre-birth intentions for living a physical existence. Life is always evolving towards greater and greater expressions of the unconditional love of God. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
