Relationships are hotspots for growth and expansion. You have the right to feel what you are feeling, but you do not have the right to hurt others with those feelings. Words are powerful mediators of feeling and emotion in physical reality. They can and often do become toxic when they project a feeling of victimization onto others. Statements that begin with, "You always”, “You should have”, “You owe it to me”, “If you loved me”, “I deserve”, “You used to”, “Do you remember when”, or “Why are you doing it like that"...make you doubt yourself. Anytime you are put in a position of defending yourself, you have abdicated your throne of sovereignty. All relationships are a reflection of your inner feelings and emotions about yourself. You are disempowered by others to the extent that you disempower yourself. The dynamic of any relationship does not exist outside of self, for everything begins and ends with you. The world in which you live is your individualized experience. You can neutralize any toxic relationship with a loving response either expressed outwardly or inwardly. It is the intention and not the action that matters most. Good intentions help to grow consciousness in a positive way. The “fixing” that the mind desires really comes from disengaging from toxic energies instead of adding to them. While there will always be the potential for these relationships to exist in your world, they do not need to become your personal playground unless you feed them with the same energy they are giving off. The more you can realize a position of power through neutrality in any experience you have, the easier it will be for you to navigate through tumultuous waters with joy in your heart. Your multidimensionality exists to assist you in each and every incarnational experience you have. When you take the higher road in any relationship in this reality, you are connecting with other aspects of you currently residing in more expanded dimensions of existence. It is time to step out of self-doubt and into the truth of who you are as a Divine Creator. You have so much to share with not only your fellow human beings, but with yourself as well, for all things are connected in the oneness of All That Is. You are best in service to others by being in service to self to the fullest extent possible in every moment whether in relationship with self or another. Your soul has given you ample opportunities for growth and expansion through love even in the face of the apparent lack thereof. This is the inner perspective that will make all the difference in your world. You can be love in the face of fear because you are God expressing in physical form. You have set up this curriculum for yourself while temporarily exploring life in a very demanding environment that is so different from what you are used to in the non-physical realm. It does no good to point fingers as this only creates more of a divide within you and within the collective. Instead of pointing fingers, be more loving and compassionate towards yourself and others. Physical reality is challenging because the volume of outer chaos often blocks your ability to hear the love within. But if you can focus upon that love before you put yourself into a chaotic environment, then it becomes easier to continue that feeling regardless of what environment you venture into. Picking the external conditions you wish to participate in however, is harder to do when you are not already vibrating at that desired frequency. This is why it is always best to distance yourself from, while still having loving allowance for, any belief system that is negative, restricting and oppressive, excluding, marginalizing, or minimalizing in any way. By understanding that belief systems are nothing more than relationships you have willingly agree to participate in with others, you can begin to see the gift of liberation that each is offering you in the evolution of consciousness. Your inner work is paying off not only for your own expansion, but for the expansion of all of creation within the multiverse as well. All is part of the One Consciousness. Celebrate your successes as opposed to admonishing your failures because you only create more of what you focus your attention upon. In ultimate reality, all experiences are successes to the soul, for the wisdom gained from each and every experience is the only reason for incarnating into physical form. Loss is a misunderstanding of the mind. The human body is a communication device linking spirit and matter. Since expansion is fueled by creative expression, the physical realm is vital to the continuation of the creative process. This is a time for great discernment in your world. When others invite you to share in their perspective, you must decide for yourself whether their truth allows you to expand or whether it causes you to contract. If it is the latter, you have the ability to say no to it without judging it as wrong. It simply does not serve you in the moment. This is mastery in action; to walk in grace with loving allowance and compassion for all that exists around you. Grace lets you be in a state of inner peace while others in your midst are frantic and fearful. The games you play of seeking what already lies within your very being take on a myriad of forms, yet they all lead you to the same destination; home to the infinite and eternal love of God. A life of grace does not need to be painful, nor does it need to cause you suffering when it is founded upon the awareness that you are all God, and that everything in existence is created out of love to add to the expansion of All That Is. The purpose of life is to remember and then express through your relationships with others the love that you inherently are as a piece of Divine Consciousness in physical form. Hotspots are simply indicators that you have temporarily forgotten that all is one. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
