Expansion is a natural consequence of living. As you move from one point of expansion to the next throughout your life, the mind may often experience a sense of loss; of losing something familiar and safe. Yet the heart knows that out of the ashes of loss rises the Phoenix of new truth to be experienced by you. Clearing out the old simply creates space for the new to be expressed. While your essence is infinite and eternal, how you experience physical reality through the illusion of time seems finite to you. But you cannot be both unlimited and limited at the same time. Physical reality only gives the appearance of limitation on the surface. In truth, your physical reality is as unlimited as you are because you are creating your experiences from infinite choices available to you in each and every moment. Change is inevitable because expansion is an eternal process of creating new perspectives through which to experience physicality. Every experience emerges from love for the benefit of love. There is never anything detrimental to the soul, for the soul is eternal. Your consciousness inhabiting a physical body is eternal as well, and as such cannot be harmed in any way. The moments of your life are points of individuated consciousness adding to the greater expansion of All That Is, and that expansion of consciousness is ultimately tied to the understanding of your inherent value to the universe in which you temporarily reside as a physically focused being. Your security blanket of familiarity is a prison that only you can break free from by your willingness to accept the outer reality you have created. You are coming closer and closer to the realization that you have created everything in your reality to help you remember and express the love that you inherently are as a Divine being. Everything is serving you in this single objective. True inner peace can only be achieved by accepting everything in your life as your chosen creation to further your own individual expansion. While your mind may not yet have the understanding at this point in your soul's evolution to fully comprehend this statement, your heart does and is always there to guiding you towards those things that put you in alignment with peace, love, and joy. The unknown may seem fearful to you, but you have faced many challenges before and come through them all the wiser for it. Trust that in each and every moment everything is going to be OK and that everything is working out for your highest good regardless of how your mind may see it in the moment. Growth can only occur when resistance to what is occurring in your life is replaced by acceptance for all the external conditions of your reality. You can live an extraordinary life not by the amount of extraordinary events you experience, but by maintaining the highest level of peace possible as you move through all the events of your life, extraordinary or otherwise. Everyone is living an ordinary life with extraordinary moments intermixed throughout. No one is more special or more deserving of those moments than anyone else. Radical acceptance is the domain of the heart. If believing in something that makes you feel bad then stop believing in it, for that is a sign that what you are thinking is limiting you in some way. The union of heart and mind into wholeheartedness is the resurrection of a new life as a Divine Human Being. The anointed self is the realization of the God within. With the reunification of heart and mind, no longer is the illusion of separation necessary to create in the physical realm. You are unlimited and so is your reality, for one is simply an extension of the other. To see yourself and your outer reality through Divine eyes is to live in unity consciousness which transforms the ordinary experiences of live into extraordinary moments of timelessness. Gone are the judgments of a split mind, and with them the guilt and shame of the past. Your natural state of being is accepting, allowing, and compassionate towards all things of which you are intrinsically connected. The process of reunification is the only way to truly know yourself as one with God. To await a changed state of being is to deny your ability to create the reality you prefer. Create in each and every moment of your life the state of being you await through the melding together of giving and receiving, of inspiration and manifestation, and of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine uniting as one in a heightened state of wholehearted awareness. The peace and tranquility of the Divine is programmed into the genetic record of each and every cell of your being and is being activated in this time of accelerated energy bombarding the planet. As the mind comes into alignment with the heart, what was once seen as polarizing energy will now be viewed with kindness and compassion. You are evolving and expanding into the higher realms of conscious awareness. This is what you have all chosen to participate in prior to your birth. The time of rebirth is at hand, for you are the resurrection and the life. And so it is in love and light of the aligned mind.
